Who should use this service?

• Any individual consumer of healthcare services  who has a medical bill that is greater than $250.00
• You must be able to pay the claim immediately with a credit card.  Your credit card will be pre-authorized to pay 97% of the medical bill before our service begins. * If for any reason you are unable to pay the claim immediately with a credit card, please see Medical Bill Review and Audit Services for additional options.
• If we are successful in reducing your medical bill, the provider will be paid with your pre-authorized credit card and Assent’s fee will also be charged to your credit card.
• If your medical bill is not reduced, we will not pay your provider and we will not collect our fee.
